Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

last night was Spicy Kimchi Dumpling soup - more like stew almost - cabbage, kale, spinach, frozen mixed veggies including green/yellow beans/carrots/corn/peas, soy curls, kimchi dumplings, the spices/chili oil from noodle soup container, saved those noodles for another meals

A butternut, soya curl and spinach buckwheat risotto made in the IP served with a drizzle of evo, a sprinkle of yeast
flakes and smoked Cornish sea salt plus Violife Prosociano

I make a special effort not to get into dietary "ruts", and include things I don't habitually eat... but I just don't care for buckwheat. I love everything else in this recipe (except I'm not sure about smoked Cornish sea salt and the Prosociano, neither of which I've ever had).

A pea protein burger made in the AF served with creamy mash, brussels plus evo/yeast flakes.
Now I'm imagining Godzilla (or some other huge mega-monster) eating the city of Brussels, along with a burger and mashed potatoes... Can't picture him going for soy yogurt (or any other kind of yogurt), though.

I had pizza too. Lots of veggies and vegan cheeze on top as well as garlic doughballs as a starter.

Granary toast with Flora & a slice of veggie Deli protein.
Another slice of toast with vegan camembert
Apple puree with Alpro yogurt plus sweetener.
