Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

I don't usually buy canned hummus (it was the Tamam brand from India) I usually buy the small cups in a pack from Walmart and that is refrigerated - we did have it once before a couple of weeks ago and didn't eat the whole can in one sitting - it could have been the citric acid in the canned version vs the lemon juice in the fresh - and yes, I should just be making my own.... I know
I don't know... I think good hummus is easy to make, but it's even easier to buy it, and you seem to do a lot of cooking. For example, your noodley soup recipe is both simple and highly variable, as well as nutritious.
 
Shredded white seitan served with roast paprika parsnips, braised carrots plus a white cabbage slaw with vinaigrette
and yeast flakes.

Soya yogurt with lemon curd plus sweetener.

My son does not appreciate alphabet noodles :dismay:
