last night was Spicy Kimchi Dumpling soup - more like stew almost - cabbage, kale, spinach, frozen mixed veggies including green/yellow beans/carrots/corn/peas, soy curls, kimchi dumplings, the spices/chili oil from noodle soup container, saved those noodles for another meals
I had apps from the freezer: Mini veggie samosas, veggie spring rolls, steamed edamame and steamed veggie dumplings. I wasn't in the mood to cook today, lol.
