Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

last night was Spicy Kimchi Dumpling soup - more like stew almost - cabbage, kale, spinach, frozen mixed veggies including green/yellow beans/carrots/corn/peas, soy curls, kimchi dumplings, the spices/chili oil from noodle soup container, saved those noodles for another meals

A butternut, soya curl and spinach buckwheat risotto made in the IP served with a drizzle of evo, a sprinkle of yeast
flakes and smoked Cornish sea salt plus Violife Prosocino.

An orange plus a few squares of chocolate with mint.

I make a special effort not to get into dietary "ruts", and include things I don't habitually eat... but I just don't care for buckwheat. I love everything else in this recipe (except I'm not sure about smoked Cornish sea salt and the Prosocino, neither of which I've ever had).
