Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

it was pierogi night - lots of sauted onion/mushroom/jalapeno, then sliced Field Roast sausage, then boiled and fried the pierogis in a bit of butter and piled it altogether with nooch on top and a small side of sauerkraut as they were sauerkraut pierogi

wow, it is easy to please my honey - last night I halved and baked 3 sweet potatoes and made a bit of garlic/chive butter for the tops when served - he loved it and so did I - I found another 10lb bag of sweet potatoes for just $6 yesterday and they are amazing - also used a ready-to-eat Indian spicy channa masala and added veggies, a can of chick peas and some cayenne - it was also very good and a good addition to the sweet potatoes
