Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

I'd never noticed before but roast SPs have a really nice black treacle taste on the most roasted bits.
I used to really like sweet potato fries, but I think I ate too many and went off them.

I bought some Barilla Protein+ Pasta (elbows). I tried some of them with cooked fresh broccoli yesterday and a bit of canola oil drizzled on top- quite good! I couldn't really tell much, if any, difference between the flavor of these and regular durum macaroni- your mileage may vary. If I remember right, the ingredients (besides wheat flour) include chickpeas, lentils, and pea protein.

A salad : Chicory, lamb's lettuce, rocket, mushrooms, beetroot, smoked tofu with Dijon vinaigrette and yeast flakes.
Braised courgettes/peppers and onions with a drizzle of evo plus Old Bay seasoning.
Sourdough toast with Flora and cashew milk camembert style cheeze.
Blueberry vegan cream dessert.

Totally on board with this. Sounds great.
Chicory...
Oof. I still struggle with this. Last time I tried it tasted like bin juice—bitter bin juice. I'd have to upend the table.

In my defense I'd apologise and help to tidy up, but it's your fault for inviting me round really ÷)

I don't think that we're talking about the same thing. Chicory tastes delicious; either raw or braised:

I think we are: Chicory. Endive. That thing in the picture.

I haven't had it in years though. Maybe my tastes have changed. I never used to like Kale for example but I love it now.

Kidding aside - I'll give it a go to remind me.

I don't know about bin juice, but I did not like endive, my family grew and used it both raw in salads, sauteed, or in soups. Can't remember it's taste other than weirdly bitter

They are not bitter. Perhaps you have had a different variety or large ones. You can always cut out the core before cooking. They are great in salads or braised and covered in a bechamel and baked in the oven.

Depending on how it's prepared and cooked, kale can be a disaster. The worst kale that I've eaten was in a vegan restaurant in Pasadena. It was full of stalks and very undercooked.

Dinner; a tossed salad with tons of different vegetables topped with a slice of La Vie protein, vinaigrette/yeast flakes.
Granary baguette with Flora.
Baguette with a slice of cashew camembert style cheeze.
A Vemondo Blueberry cream dessert.

it was pierogi night - lots of sauted onion/mushroom/jalapeno, then sliced Field Roast sausage, then boiled and fried the pierogis in a bit of butter and piled it altogether with nooch on top and a small side of sauerkraut as they were sauerkraut pierogi
