Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

Seasoned panko-encrusted tofu cutlets, mashed turnips, sautéed kale and unsweetened apple sauce. I had plenty of the seasoned panko left, so I took some cooked soy curls out of the freezer, coated them with the panko and fried them up in just a little olive oil. They are so delicious! It's all I can do not to eat them like a snack, lol!
 
I made the mixed dal seitan nuggets. I wish the mixed dal wouldn't include chana dal. It's just too firm and sticks out.
I'm in need of a good vegetable soup now
