Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

Leftover buckwheat, courgette and soya curl risotto with added a sliced frankfurter, grated Cathedral City, a drizzle of evo, yeast flakes
plus some smoked Cornish sea salt.

A cookie dough ice cream cornet (Vermondo) which was so very disappointing.

I think I will grill a vegan sausage and have it on a roll with sauerkraut, mustard and onions.
I'm going to have the other half of the vegan sausage with sauerkraut, mustard and onions, but no roll this time. I'm going to grill some potatoes instead. I'll also have steamed broccoli again.

I made spiced up coucous and then made a chickpea salad separately (green onion, cucumber, bell pepper, olives, cherry tomatoes) and put it on top of the couscous instead of mixing it in like I normally do - also made a few Ikea veggie balls on the side in Korean BBQ sauce - very delicious and very filling - a Welch's freezie for dessert.

A Spanish style potato tortilla topped with Violife which doesn't melt or taste as good as Applewood, served with
a peeled and sliced tomato/avocado salad plus a drizzle of evo and some smoked Cornish sea salt.

A large apricot.

At times the simplest dinners are those that you enjoy the most.

Gnocchi (Lidl) with a drizzle of evon, melted Violife (Emmental) a sprinkle of yeast flakes & smoked chipotle flakes, lemon pepper,
plus some cooking water.

A peeled tomato & avocado salad with evo dressing plus a sprinkle of smoked Cornish sea salt.

An apricot.

I love gnocchi. There was a time where I made it from scratch but I haven't done it in a few years now. I will be at the supermarket today so I think I will pick some up.

I liked the ones that I used to buy in the US; sweet potato and whole wheat flour gnocchi. However, I can only find either the classic white flour/potato ones or tomato or spinach flavoured ones over here. The latter don't really sound very appealing to me so I just buy the classic ones. I always turn up the volume and make a tasty sauce that gives them the most perfect coating.
