The millet/lentil patties were super good! I first sauteed on both sides, in olive oil, then added some water to steam like 5 min each side. Nice and crispy outside,, like a schnitzel

last night we were very full from lunch so just had hummus and salsa, a few shreds of cheez, a few olives and jalapenos and scooped it up with tortillas chips and then had a few mini dk chocolate chips with brazil nuts and almonds for dessert

I found some Ikea plant balls at the bottom of our freezer.... yayyyyy..... they are so hard to come by these days, veggie balls no problem, plant balls haven't seen them for months. So I sauted a couple of onions, then added the meatballs and Korean BBQ sauce and the cooked some gnocchi and added that in also. YUM
gussied up rice in the cooker (raisins, fennel seeds, cayenne, garlic powder, turmeric) and made Yves chkn Tenders - lots of hot sauce and sweet chili sauce involved
Last night I had a salad with a chopped chik'n patty topped with Italian dressing. Popcorn for dessert. I'm not sure what I'm having tonight. It will be something from the freezer. I am home in CT for a couple of days to prepare for a craft fair on Saturday. I'm hoping to make a few bucks.
cold couscous last night made with Better than Bouillon garlic, fennel seeds, spices and I put in green onions, cherry tomatoes, a can of corn, chick peas, olives and made a sauce of dry mustard, lemon juice, maple syrup, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar - 2 oatmeal cookies for dessert
