Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

Lentil/oat/mushroom loaf plus a salad; red lentils, peas, sliced avocado, sliced radishes with vinaigrette, pumpkin seeds and yeast flakes plus thinly sliced beetroot on the side.

A warm Golden syrup mug cake which was more like a steamed pudding, served with soya cream.

Rice & beans with Quorn chunk stew, made creamy with Oatly cream and leftover moong dal.

Sprinkled with dill to make it look posh.
 
A one pot (IP) pilaf; buckwheat, soya curls, peas and mushrooms plus a sprinkle of yeast flakes and Cornish smoked sea salt, evo, plus grated Violife prosociano.

A pear.
