Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

Moroccanish aubergine & carrot stew, with seasoned fried tofu, and mixed grains (red rice, quinoa, coarse oats)

Mixed grains from yesterday fried up with stock, plus tofu, red cabbage, asparagus and garlic. Served up with kale crisps cooked with salt and nooch.

It looked like a car crash but it was absolutely dee-licious.
