Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

Morroccan lentil and chickpea stew in Instant Pot, with soy yogurt I made last night
Add crushed tomatoes after cooking!!!! I precooked the lentils then added canned chickpeas, veg, orzo and large can of crushed tomatoes. Got burn notice :dismay: . Happens most times
 
Linda McCartney Lincolnshire sausages, mash, broccoli, crisps made from the potato skins.

Nice, but not keen on those Linda's - that type is pea protein and they're stodgy and just... wrong. The soya ones have a better texture - shame though as I can't have lots of soy.

Butter beans 'n' cheese with crispy fried bits on top.

Think mac n cheese with butter beans as the mac. Lots of nooch and some of the beans blitzed to make a rich sauce.

The topping was various bits (croutons, pine nuts, garlic, carrot) fried with smoked paprika till crisp.

Nice.
 
another of those large slab bread pizzas was half price yesterday so I took it home and cut it into 3 pieces again, froze 2 and had the third for dinner with green onions, mushrooms, pineapple, green sliced olives, spinach, Gusta pizzaroni and cheez shreds - topped with oelek and nooch - for dessert 4 almonds, a brazil nut and one piece of dk chocolate
