I had vegan fish, battered sausage, chips and mushy peas from a place in Southend last night. It was very nice. I only heard about it recently.
This was actually from Isa, my bad. Anyway, it turned out great. It's so tasty for such a simple recipe. I'm going to chop it up tomorrow and top my salad with it.I think I'm going to make a tofu dish. Nora Cooks posted a grilled/fried tofu dish that is supposed to be like crusted chik'n. It looked simple but tasty. I will have roasted potatoes and a broccoli/cauliflower mix with the tofu.
