Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

simple as simple gets last night - I did up two miso tofu burgers with Korean BBQ sauce and no buns or cheez, just the burgers, then had Miss Vickies jalapeno chips in hummus... lol

We both liked the new one. I think it is just as nice as the JM steak. It is cheaper, but it must be slightly smaller.

That's good to know and I will try it when I go back to Brighton. I also like their original product as it's both tasty and filling.

A warm potato & cauliflower salad with Dijon vinaigrette and yeast flakes.

Apple puree with soya cream.

A slice of courgette pizza topped with Cathedral City plus oregano
Apple puree with soya cream.

All dug out from the freezer.

I had a ready meal when I got home. Mushroom risotto and I added asparagus and tomatoes.

I'm going to have a Beyond burger, I think, with all the fixin's.

A tossed batavia salad with vinaigrette and yeast flakes.
Strawberries & cream.

I'm tempted to order a takeaway pizza tonight. Pizza Express do a pizza with artichokes, mushrooms, red onion and black olives.

Thursday night we had rice with fava bean tofu chunks (marinated and air fried) and last night was "watch Survivor finale and eat tacos" night - they were delicious.

From the freezer; couscous stew served with steamed whole wheat couscous with raisins.

That brand is fabulous. They make the best bangers ever.

I went out for gin cocktails (plus green olives for nibbles) with a friend by the river yesterday so got home too late to cook.

I had a quinoa, red cabbage, pumpkin seed salad with vinaigrette and yeast flakes. Toasted granary baguette with Flora and Cathedral City. A banana.

it was shopping day so I brought home a couple of Daiya-like pizzas and we had potato chips on the side
