I have tried a few vegan raviolis from various shops, and they have all disappointed. I did have it at restaurant once, and it was quite good. It was a butternut squash ravioli with a wonderful marinara sauce.Vemondo lentil & chickpea ravioli with a creamy mushroom/leek sauce plus a sprinkle of yeast flakes, Violife parmesan style and a huge drizzle of evo. Their fillings aren't that great however, it's the only shop that sells vegan ravioli once or twice during the year.

I'm not sure what is for dinner tonight, as I'm still under the weather. Maybe some veggie broth with some kale.
