Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

ugh, dinner last night was not fun or nice - I saw a half white pizza on sale in the deli section yesterday and thought I would just add a few things to it - unfortunately I heated it in the oven for too long and it was like eating cardboard - very sad - thankfully we weren't terribly hungry

I'm thinking I want to make some tofu feta and have that in a big salad with an ear of corn. First, I have to buy the tofu, lol, so a trip to the grocery store is in order.

I made a tamale casserole using the P.A.N. pre-cooked corn masa (is that redundant?). I got it knowing it's for arepas, but I don't see any recipes for any thing else. It makes corn bread more custardy. I added flour and corn meal too, all equal parts.
Anyone else use this?
I mashed the rest of the pintos for a dip
Next time I make it I'll use savory herbs instead of chili peppers

Saturday night we made fusilli pasta with Gusta ground/onions/garlic/mushrooms/olives, spaghetti sauce and it was delicious and we made enough that we had leftovers for last night also.

opened the last package we have of the Yves chkn burgers and had one each with hummus on the buns, cucumber slices, tomato, cheez shreds and pickled jalapeno with a side of potato chips - nuts, chocolate and prunes for dessert

Vemondo ravioli with OMV red pepper sauce and Vemondo melted cheddar style cheeze with lis ground black pepper snd evo.
I tried that and thought it was nice. The OMV range is very good in general.

I'm eating out a restaurant tonight. It has a very good vegan menu so I will take some pics.

I took a whole tub of assorted olives someone left with a 'free' note at work! Not sorry either- so much stuff is offered up that I miss.
Anyway, I blended some with tofu, nooch, lemon and miso for a dip, then today used it with some spaghetti sauce for whole grain linguini
Pretty good, but I feel its missing something

last night I made another 2 cans of beans chip dip - pinto and black mashed and mixed with sauted onion, jalapeno, salsa, spices, scooped up with lime flavoured tortilla chips

on the sixth it was my honey's birthday and I took him to an awesome vegan restaurant called The Lemon Tree Bistro - we met friends there who were not vegan and so it was interesting for them - I had a falafel wrap and it was good - I really wanted to have their charcuterie board however because they were newbies we stuck to individual meals

the birthday "cake" was 4 cupcakes from Sweets from the Earth which we ate all at once and they were delicious as always

A wrap with the rest of the chicken pieces with a salad of tomatoes, cucumber, guac and lime juice with Tajin. I might have some ice cream later as it has been quite hot again today, any excuse!

À Vemondo cordon bleu served with British baby potatoes plus Flora, peas and a chicory salad.

Brixton Blue with a cracker.

À OMV brownie which actually tastes like one!

Raspberry Swedish Glace.

That looks really amazing Emma. Where is that restaurant based?

I made a salad for dinner as it is still quite hot. I used Greek style feta cheeze, tomatoes, cucumber and watermelon.
