Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

I have a friend whose husband is extremely ill (he will die) so whenever i can i cook her favourite meal and that is what I am doing tonight

Mexican beans
Pea guacamole
home made tortilla
Cashew and makrut leaf cream

and that will of course be my dinner too.

I got home so very late after the pidge patrol and it was quite hot so dinner was a last minute thing.

A red lentil and vegetable salad with smoked tofu, vinaigrette and yeast flakes.

Black cherries. A thank you gift from the newbie. The former were absolutely delicious.

I’m having pasta with broccoli, chickpeas and tomatoes in a tomato basil sauce.
