Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

Leftovers, small plates:

Ww linguine bol style with Violife parmesan/evo.

A chicory and beetroot salad with vinaigrette/yeast flakes.

Toasted artisan sourdough with Flora and camemvert cashew cheeze.

A doughnut peach plus a couple of squares of mint chocolate.

Monday night we had just salsa/hummus breadsticks and a few tortilla chips with prunes for dessert.
(we watched a youtube video about prunes are so good for gut health)
Last night was a huge fusilli pasta dish with onion, garlic, mushroom, olives and Gusta ground and spaghetti sauce - so good as we were both starving.

Last night I was able to get a delicious cheese-less pizza at the restaurant we went to. It had marinara sauce, tomatoes, garlic and basil leaves. I couldn't believe how good it was and that it was on the menu as cheese-less. My mom and I shared that pizza, as she is trying to cut down on cheese.
