Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

I guess I'll call it: Pasta Campanula! "Campanula rapunculoides" is the Latin name for Creeping Belflower, a pretty and edible (but weedy) plant in my yard which seems to have designs on taking over my lawn. I concentrate on one area at a time, digging up the root (so that it doesn't grow back there) and preparing the leaves/small stems for eating.

he leaves and shoots are edible raw or cooked. but I slightly prefer it cooked. It has vitamin C, as well as other nutrients. The root is supposed to be edible too, but they're sort of too small to bother with.
I think that's what I was looking at by my work! they were about a foot tall? Very pretty. I need to introduce more wild groundcover, but my neighbors have a weed control contract and half my front yard gets the overspray

I had a hankering for peanut butter last night and my honey wasn't up for just a peanut butter sandwich with pickle/chips so I made Yves Chkn burgers and put the peanut butter on my bun and hummus on his - cheez shreds and jalapenos on the burger and some oelek and we had potato chips on the side - nuts and chocolate for dessert.

A one pot (IP) whole wheat linguine bol style with added mushrooms, spinach, spices served with grated Violife
new Cheddar, yeast flakes plus a drizzle of evo. The pasta was al dente and delicious.

A beetroot and cucumber salad with vinaigrette and yeast flakes.

A pear.

That's probably what you have; the link above has pictures. I don't think it's actually illegal to plant the stuff, but make sure you really want it before you deliberately introduce it onto your property. It certainly is an attractive and edible plant, but I wasn't kidding about its tendency to spread.
