Ww organic orechette in a very light, creamy mushroom/onion/smoked tofu sauce with melted Violife cheddar, evo, yeast flakes,
a sprinkle of smoked Cornish sea salt and grated Violife Prosocano.
A delicious Mac 'n' Cauliflower sauce. Absolute winner.
I shouldn't dwell on the less successful gram flour fritters that were a disaster because even when I need to use a lot of oil, I can't bear to use as much as they say in the recipe.
I had to google "gussied up" @Emma JC . In the UK I suppose the equivalent is 'tarted up' or 'spruced up' depending on your background ÷)
