Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

we threw together a chick pea salad, last night, with lots of ingredients, celery, cherry tomatoes, baby bell peppers, green onions, leftover Hakka rice and noodles, cucumber, sprouts and hot sauce on top - 1/3 baguette thinly sliced with miso spread thinly

@Emma JC Hmmm... Fennel seed tastes like anise, IIRC...
Fennel seed has become one of my favourites - a 1/2 teaspoon in a pan with gently frying onion or carrot really elevates the fragrance and savoury notes. IMO it's better than star anise as it doesn't have the medicinal edge.
 
Small plates:
A green asparagus buckwheat risotto with a sprinkle of yeast flakes, grated Violife Prosciano plus a few
smoked chili flakes and evo.

A salad; chicory, grated carrots, sliced avocado, vinaigrette & yeast flakes.

Sauteed courgettes and onions.
 
Cooked up some red lentils with a little BTB chik'n, some rice, and zucchini. Mixed together with lemon pepper seasoning
That sounds very nutritious, I just bought courgettes. What does BTB stand for?
