Cooked up some red lentils with a little BTB chik'n, some rice, and zucchini. Mixed together with lemon pepper seasoning
That sounds very nutritious, I just bought courgettes. What does BTB stand for?
 
Oh yes. I have heard of that before. I think I bought it a few times when I first went vegan.
