I fancied a curry but Netflix won me over. Just wished that I had one of those delicious store cupboard M&S curry sauces to make a quick and tasty dish.

Never heard of soya cream… seems you can buy alternatives to everything these days.Leftovers: Red lentil dahl with whole grain basmati rice.

I also had an unhealthy but very tasty vegan dinner at Veggie Galaxy: a club sandwich on toasted sourdough with vegan bacon, smoked tofu, pesto, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo with a side of the best potato salad I've ever had out (I'm very picky about potato salad, and this was almost as good as my mom's!).a very unhealthy meal last night - french fries a la poutine (Daiya Gouda and mushroom gravy), Yves Chkn burger

I consider the processed food (vegan bacon, mayo) to be on the unhealthy side, but I thoroughly enjoyed the meal nonetheless.
A little too much fat and sodium in the bacon and mayo.
Oh, I heartily agree, it's just that I've been indulging a bit too much, and it's showing up on my waistline, haha. I wasn't going to miss out on an opportunity to eat at Veggie Galaxy, though, as I just love their food.Highly processed food is only considered to be unhealthy when eaten on a regular basis and also in huge quantities. Easting a dollop of mayonnaise and a slice of fake meat with fresh vegetables and bread, to my mind is still healthy.
Moreover, it's important to enjoy your food. Better than feeling miserable and deprived all the time.
