last night I made the Burmese Tofu from Simnett Nutrition's youtube channel - basically chick pea flour (spices added) and water, refrigerated and then cut into cubes and air fried - on salad and with a peanuty spicy hummus lemon sauce

I cracked as I was craving pizza. We got Papa John's vegan cheese pizza and I had two slices as well as a vegan starter.

I feel okay, thankfully, so hopefully I don't need to avoid wheat/gluten anymore.🤩
