Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

I made a pizza! Base with gluten free flour, baking powder and enough plain yogurt to bind it into a dough. Rolled out and cooked for 5 mins then added toppings: tomato puree, oregano, garlic salt, sliced tomato, strips of red pepper, courgettes and mushrooms then grated cheese. Baked for about 20 mins then topped with chopped fresh basil. It was nice but next time I will make a proper tomato sauce rather than just puree.
 
Pizza margherita (LIdl) with added FYH, oregano, black Greek olives and a few smoked chipotle flakes.

A tossed salad; grated red cabbage/lamb's lettuce/vinaigrette/pumpkin seeds/yeast flakes.

Coconut milk yogurt with a few drops of Cornish sea salt caramel/sweetener.
 
I had the falafel from last night for lunch, so tonight I ate out of the freezer. I had veggie potstickers, a few spring rolls with a sriracha dipping sauce and some steamed broccoli. I will probably have some fruit later or maybe some popcorn.
