I'm going to have a vegan maple bacon flavoured sausage with vegan mac n cheese and a side salad (lettuce, home grown tomato, home grown cuke and some picked red onion slices)
a ton of potatoes and a sweet potato 1/2 inch sorta cubes in the air fryer, Gardein Chickn Tenders and Swiss Chalet dipping sauce poured over it all - so good

A Happyvore pan fried banger with mushrooms, a tossed lamb's lettuce & avocado salad/vinaigrette/yeast flakes.
A slice of toasted artisan, sourdough ww bread/spread/FYH cheese.
Soya yogurt with sweetener and a few drops of salted Cornish caramel.

Nice. I tried the Aldi one this time, I think I tried the M&S kiev last time, but they tasted quite similar, from what I remember.
Today is Sunday dinner day, which means vegan sausage, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, roasted parsnips, carrots, broccoli, cabbage and lots of gravy!
last night was our usual Saturday night aglio y olio spaghettini with lots of garlic, mushrooms, olives, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, chili peppers, topped with nutritional yeast - delicious as always

Dr Oetker now has vegan pizzas and so we tried the Pumpkin Seed Spinach one last night - it was decent, I liked the pumpkins seeds as they were nice and chewy and there were enough other toppings that it was somewhat satisfying although I am sure I could eat a whole one myself - side of popcorn

We had Fry's vegan nuggets, steamed cauliflower and vegan pasta spirals mixed with chopped peppers, chopped onion and chopped broccoli and tossed in some vegan garlic butter.

I am cooking Indian spiced chili with red kidney and pinto beans, rice, red lentils, red and green bell peppers, garlic, onion and chard.
