I had Waitrose plant based take away; korma, vegetable Tikka masa la, yellow rice, an onion bahgi, plus a naan bread. There was also some Bombay potatoes which I didn’t have.
It was so so and nothing as good as M&S curry.

I am making chickpea cutlets and will have them with buffalo sauce and homemade ranch dressing. My mom picked me up a prepared side of vegan sweet potato risotto with pepitas from a local market, so I will have some of that with the cutlet along with an ear of corn and sliced tomato.
lunch was so huge yesterday we didn't even think about eating until close to 10pm or so and just had some bread sticks and potato chips dipped in hummus w/sriracha on top - baby pickles and olives on the side - cupcake for dessert

we had an awful dinner last night - found some potstickers with no fish sauce - they did not cook properly and had no taste - thankfully I also made some tofu burgers which we ate on the side and they were the only thing that tasted decent - muffins and nuts for dessert

Pizza margherita. I bought the ready made one from Waitrose and added grated Applewood, oregano and chilli flakes.
Brambleberries with Oatley cream.
whole wheat spaghettini with lots of garlic, onion, mushrooms, olives, fresh basil - so good - the last two spice muffins and some nuts for dessert
