Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

last night was pizza night - a medium size round one to which I added sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, bell pepper, mushroom, green olives, spicy banana peppers, Gusta pizzaroni and cheez shreds - then oelek on top and a sprinkle of nutritional yeast - a few corn chips for dessert

One pot (IP) ww linguine with a fresh homemade tomato sauce (IP) served with a drizzle of evo, yeast flakes
and grated Violife parmesan style cheeze. It was a shame that I didn't have any fresh basil as the dish was so
delicious. Nothing beats homemade fresh tomato sauce.

A rocket salad with vinaigrette/yeast flakes.

Black cherries plus a small banana.
 
Quinoa, black bean and corn salad with my cucumber salad, tomatoes, roasted green chili peppers and lots of spices. Avocado not quite ready.

Steamed small courgettes served at room temperature with evo.
A slab of air fried Happyvore pea protein mince.
A huge salad; avocado, chicory, rocket with vinaigrette and yeast flakes.
Black cherries plus an apricot.

last night we made chili - one cup of TVP and a few soy curl crumbs (they look pretty much identical so maybe I have found a new use for all my crumbs), a large can of kidney beans, a can of diced tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, frozen mixed veggies, lots of spices including some dried peppers that I ground up, a jalapeno - scooped up with tortilla chips... it was very tasty
