Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

we each had the dollar store spicy kimchi noodle soup bowl to which we added soy curls, lots more frozen veggies, kale and, hmmm yes, another block of noodles .... so satisfying, spicy and tasty

I had bean dip and tortilla chips. I made the dip with refried beans, silken tofu, taco seasoning and vegan cheddar shreds. I also topped it with sliced black olives and chopped onion.

last night I had a vegan burger, a vegan sausage, a jacket potato, a Yorkshire pudding that I found in a health food shop yesterday, along with some steamed veg. Very nice and warming in this weather.
 
My curry is ready. I'm just waiting for it to cool down. I blitzed up the fresh ginger and garlic in my Magic Bullet.

~ turmeric indian curry powder
~ organic coconut cream
~ 420g of precooked lentils
~ mix of cauliflower and broccoli florets
~ mix of jackfruit pieces and banana blossom
~ garlic and ginger
~ fresh herb garnish of choice

voila!!!!!! one of the best curries i ever made ")

~ japanese golden curry mild/medium/hot
~ water to melt curry cube
~ cauliflower florets
~ chive vegan seitan sausages
~ organic butter beans precooked
~ garlic flakes

voila again!!!!! sweat dripping down your face kind of enjoyment!!!!!

I'm craving pizza, so I'm going to make one with pesto, onions and black olives. I don't have any melty vegan cheese, so I'll just use vegan grated parmesan. I think I will have a salad with it as well.
