My favorite Indian restaurant has a wed special on biryani. Now I kinda wish I'd thought about it before I ate.

Mini no pork pies with sautéed spring cabbage and butter beans.
Grated carrots with vinaigrette.
Phil. Cream cheeze with rosemary crackers.
A kiwi plus a Bakewell cherry and oat cookie.

a new dinner for us - Yves chkn burger - with some cheez shreds, jalapeno, oleck sauce, sliced cucumber and hummus on the top and bottom bun - a side of more cucumber and cherry tomatoes to dip in hummus and some potatoes chips with which to do the same - it was a very tasty burger as I put a bit of a crisp on it (did in the frying pan with a spritz of avocado oil) - very much enjoyed

I have a frozen vegan pizza that I haven't tried before, a Meatless Farm one. I will add extra pineapple and jalapenos. I will have a big salad and garlic ciabatta too.
last night we had chili from the freezer on rice - delicious - and a few thin slices of leftover pumpernickel bread and a few nuts for dessert

dinner was a HUGE bowl of homemade popcorn with all our favourite flavours - garlic, onion, cayenne, pepper, salt and a bit of Easter chocolate for dessert

I love doing popcorn for dinner sometimes, too! All those spices sound great. And chocolate for dessert, yes please!
I'm going to have the BBQ soy curls again. Delish. I think I'll have a side of steamed broccoli as well.

last night was a mish mash dinner - leftover pasta from Saturday (there wasn't a lot), hummus, salsa, sliced raw zucchini and cherry tomatoes, the last of the pumpernickel bread sliced thinly, tortilla chips, salt n vinegar chips and a few pieces of chocolate and nuts for dessert

Whole grain steamed couscous with peas, courgettes plus af soya curls with Teriyaki sauce and evo.

I had a takeaway last night. Dirty fries with beans, salsa, vegan cheese and sour cream etc...
I'm going to have the M&S vegan burger in a bun with a slice of vegan cheese, gherkins, tomato, mustard, mayo and ketchup. I am going to have some fries too.
last night we had open face black bean burger hot gravy sandwiches with a side of boiled then air fried potatoes - Monday night we had our fav spicy kimchi dumpling soup with lots of veggies and soy curls - so good
