I wash my rice to remove excess starch and make the rice fluffier and less sticky. I'm 90% Basmati mind you. And Carnaroli or Arboria for long cooksNope, although I Only buy Organic rice and lentils so I don’t worry much about it… I do try to look for stones before cooking the lentils…
