"Reading Her Paper" by The Cyrkle, for some reason... Don't know why. I like the band and the song's okay, but that song isn't like most of what they did.

Nessun dorma ... I was watching a video of a Pavarotti performance of it last night . I'm in opera mode. I went to my first opera on Monday night at the Met. La Traviata. It was incredible, I must say.

I don;t like the opera that aria is from at all, although my Mom was a big fan of most Puccini operas (as well as others). But I like that aria.

Belated Congratulations on seeing your first live opera! I saw a few with Mom , but never was into opera like she was.

Ahh good point... I think tub time was the better rendition of the two, but that's just me.

To put it into context, I watched The Darwin Awards last night (another fave in my growing stash of DVDs).... funny scene with Joseph Fiennes' paranoid/OCD character thinking he's solved the bar-soap-only/lack-of-non-slip-tub-surface problem in his hotel, and well.... LMFAO Anyhoo, lots of laughs & awesome music in this flick.... here's the trailer.... if you haven't seen it, do so. (FYI, the dog'll be just fine.)
