Vegan food for concentration ?

still, in the infant stages of being a vegan, my body and mind are still in shock from all the crap I used to eat anyway my question is what food increases concentration living the vegan life?

I currently know of 5 foods that supposedly increase concentration

chia seeds, blueberries, avocados i hate them , sunflower seeds ,celery

The brain and the body need glucose!! and glucose is made, in the body, from starch.

Lots of potatoes and rice and whole grain breads and pastas, with your greens and veggies and beans and legumes and fruits and nuts and seeds!

Make sure you are getting enough calories and enjoy the delicious bounty of whole foods!

This is not vegan food, but I use Japanese Peppermint Oil usually to improve my concentration and awareness whenever I need to.I got my Japanese Peppermint Oil from Virginic . I would use 1-2 drops of Peppermint Oil on my tongue and under my nose. This trick actually works well for me and I was surprised at first. Also, I want to mention that this brand is vegan, organic, cruelty-free, and use whole plant extraction.
