I had a plate of disappointment...
My son had made a delicious pasta with pumpkin sauce from a pie pumpkin. I bought a second pumpkin from the same batch, and it just didn't taste that good, not like it was bad, but a different taste. He didnt want anything to do with it, so I baked and pureed it, and made a sauce using a french onion soup mix packet. it wasn't good. Now I have a whole pot of bad rigatoni

I'm going to make a chickpea flour omelet for dinner with spinach, vegan cheddar shreds, onions and seasoned soy curls. Topped with hot sauce, of course. 
we had pita pizzas last night while we watched Survivor - 2 each with pizza sauce, green onions, green olives, Gusta pizzaroni, cheez shreds and oelek on top after - nuts and chocolate chips for dessert

Like so much food I dislike the day it's made it got better with an overnight rest. I just had a bowl
I got the spice adwain, and a bag of besan flour and looking forward to making a veggie pancake with them
I had vegan Shawarma pieces on top of cucumber and tomato with salad dressing on top. I’m also having white wine and some chocolate.
