Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

Crock-Pot meal of soy curl white chicken chili, white beans, corn, refried beans, onion, garlic, lots of spices, pickled green chilies and good stuff. It was so very tasty.

Last night I had the Harvey's veggie burger trio. It was at least as good as A&W and Burger King, and cost less.
Though I would not put confidence that their sauces are 100% vegan.

that is good to hear as the last time I had one was likely 8 or 9 years ago and it was kind of disgustingly thin and I was sure they had put in one of their meat patties instead... will try again some time

last night we just had blue corn tortilla chips, salsa, hummus, olives, cheez shreds, pickled jalapenos - nuts and prunes for dessert

Last night I had pesto pasta with tomato-basil salad and a slice of Italian bread. I think I will have the leftovers tonight.

it was Taco Thursday last night - taco smeat made from Gusta ground, black beans, onion, jalapeno and lots of spices, pica (green onions, cherry tomatoes, olives, basil), shredded kale for the top, salsa

^ It was the lasagne pizza at Pureeza.

Shyvas kept talking about how good the potatoes are in the UK when I saw her and so I had potatoes with veg, stuffing and gravy for dinner tonight!

Pizza Margarita with oregano and evo. I used the pizza base that I bought at Waitrose and ut was excellent. I will have tje other half tomorrow.

La Fauxmagerie camembert plus Brixton blue with cracked pepper & salt crackers.

A lemon tart.

Last night was crumbed tofu, crumbed sweet potato, and chips. Tonight will be steamed rice with carrots, peas, spinach, red and yellow capsicum.

we had the leftover taco smeat in w/w tortilla wraps / burritos to which we added a few cheez shreds, salsa and pickled jalapeno inside and then toasted them in the frying pan - they were amazing and made me angry with myself for buying the premade ones a few weeks ago that were so expensive and didn't have anywhere close to the flavour

Saturday night was pita pizza night - two each sauce, green onion, mushrooms, pineapple, Gusta pizzaroni, cheez shreds.

Last night we had spaghettini with tons of garlic, onion, mushrooms, fresh basil and spinach, cherry tomatoes, olives.
