It is in St Catharines Ontario which is a stone's throw from Niagara Falls, so if you ever decide to take a trip and see the Falls then this is a nice side trip. Seeing the Falls is best from the Canadian side anyways....

Last night we had spaghetti for the first time in a while (usually spaghettini) and it was a nice change with tons of garlic in butter, chili peppers, olives and nuts/chocolate for dessert.

À Balti (M&S) curry with brown rice and sliced bananas. I simply added some Quorn pices to the jar of sauce. Their curry sauces are delicious.

They have discontinued quite a lot of their Plant Kitchen range.
However their jarred curry sauces are excellent.

I am not sure what I am having for dinner tonight, as I am home for the day doing various errands, including getting my car serviced (oil change and emissions testing). I am hoping the mail comes soon with my paycheck in it. It should come this week, but I am hoping it comes today, as I could use the cash, lol.

Last night I had a lovely quinoa salad from a local market, plus grilled zucchini and an ear of corn. The corn in RI is delicious as always!

Pumpkin and spinach lasagna. Making a big tray so I can freeze some. Also baking Cornish style pasties to freeze.
