Three bean salad--using Libbys canned green beans. Green beans are one thing that I like to cook fresh, with the exception of Trader Joes haricort verts. I'd bought an 8 pack of cans just for this salad, but they're not good. Overcooked. Libby's canned corn however, is very very good!
I think I'll cook some bow tie pasta for it
Oh, and cutting the red onion really burned my eyes! I normally only use the yellow ones and those are always fine
