Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

I think I'm going to try a new-to-me recipe for bac'n-flavored soy curls and maybe top a pasta dish with them. I have some frozen cashew-cream sauce that I might take out and use. I think I will add broccoli to it as well.
So these soy curls came out pretty good, though I'm not sure how bac'ny they are. That said, they have a tasty, spicy flavor and a good chewy texture. The recipe did call for applewood steak seasoning (I used Montreal steak seasoning, as that's what I had on hand) and mesquite liquid smoke (I had hickory, so that's what I used). I also did not put 6 TBSP of oil in it, as I thought that was excessive. I did two, and that seems fine. I think the cashew cream sauce will be nice over the pasta with the broccoli. I'm waiting for the pasta to cook.
