Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

last night we had an Yves Chkn Burger with a few shreds of cheez on top and pickled jalapeno - inside the bun we used hummus instead of butter and cut nice big slices of tomato and zucchini instead of cucumber - pickled beets on the side - hummus with hot sauce for the extra zucchini and some corn chips

I have leftover penne with lentil ragu, but I'm not sure I'm in the mood. I got some raspberries out of the freezer to make a fruit salad with apple, banana and orange and have with strawberry Oatly yoghurt for dessert.
 
it was Taco Friday - great tacos from a Canadian company in BC - Fresh is Best - smeat was onions, jalapenos, Gusta mex ground, a can of black beans and lots of spices - also pico green onions, cherry tomatoes, black olives and cheez shreds, salsa and chopped kale on top - lots of smeat leftover to put in our 'beans on toast' for tomorrow's brunch
