Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

two blocks of smoked fava bean tofu (Big Mountain Foods) - cut into fairly large rectangles - air fried for about 10 minutes then I put them in a bowl and added Korean BBQ sauce, a bit of soy sauce, a bit of sesame oil and some garlic powder - marinated for a while then air fried again and repeated the process twice more - made a quick ramen with some extra veggies and served the tofu on top - it was good however I do not like the tough edges that smoked tofu tends to have, would prefer it all the same texture

we both had a really busy day so I picked up some take out from the new place we tried a couple of weeks ago and it was very good again and they gave me a huge container of steamed rice to make up for their chicken in my veggie rice last time - we had two noodle dishes and chili garlic rice and spring rolls
