Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

Who had black-eyed peas and collard greens, for New Year? I've always known that to be traditional, and can't say I forgot it as it's the only time of year Aldi has black eyed peas! I also looked at collards but passed

I'm making cabbage, onion, peas and noodles. I'll add tofu and kala namak for mine, but my son got something else to add

New Year's eve we made pizza with roasted garlic, mushrooms, green onions, pineapple, thinly sliced sausage, cheez shreds.

Last night I finally made Christmas dinner with Gardein Turkey rolls, colcannon with a savoy cabble, gravy and tons of cranberry sauce.

Brussels and a baked jacket sweet potato with a drizzle of evo and a sprinkle of yeast flakes/smoked chipotle flakes.

last night my honey and I worked together to make amazing chkn, egg drop, veggie fried rice... it was so amazing we ate the whole pot - I cooked the two Just Egg patties first and put them aside and then we sauted lots of garlic and onion and a cereal bowl full of frozen mixed veggies - I also put medium size soy curls to soak in Better than Bouillon roasted garlic and some smoke and he put the whole thing together - I put some oelek on top too

we had a large late lunch so last night was a homemade popcorn for dinner night - we spiced it up beautifully with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, paprika and some chili powder - clementines for dessert and a few plain croutons as a snack and some crunch

we had another package of those kimchi dumplings and we also had a dollar store kimchi noodle package so we decided to put them both together and make kimchi dumpling soup with Thai style frozen vegetables, mushrooms, green onions and soy curls - it was delicious as it is very spicy and the dumplings had tofu, cabbage and carrots in them - a few potato chips for dessert

I made a curry with mung beans and quinoa; and tomato, garlic, green bell pepper, carrots and onion; and served it on steamed potatoes.
