Hmmm, yum, my kind of mix, but I’d probably add satay as the salad dressing… something like the Indonesian ‘Gado gado’I'm going to have roasted veggies (potatoes, carrots and broccoli) with a zucchini cake and vegan tartar sauce, plus a side salad of spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, celery and walnuts topped with Italian dressing.
