Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

I started my crockpot with cabbage, potatoes, onion, garlic, celery, soy curls, (I maraneded with beef spices and pickle spices, other spices), water, broth, pickle spices and lots of other spices. An early start to a St Patricks style meal, "corned beef" and cabbage, I did not have carrots.

Edit, it turned out great.

I had rolled oats, an apple, some sunflower kernels (raw and hulled), and some chickpeas I had cooked (without salt). I got hungry again later last night, so I had quite a few Triscuit crackers with water to drink. (That last more than made up for not having salt on my beans earlier...)

I got home too late yesterday to cook so made some steamed whole wheat couscous with raisins and peas plus a drizzle of evo/sprinkle of yeast flakes and some smoked Cornish sea salt.

An orange plus a hazelnut/apple biscuit.

last night was Taco Friday and Survivor - I found some Canadian made tacos "Fresh is Best" brand (Kamloops, BC) and we had Gusta (Quebec) Mex meat, onion/jalapenos/spices, pica, chopped spinach, cheez shreds - they were delicious 12 shells to a pack and they were not cracked and were very satisfying - so happy to have found them as it seems like a great company

I had cocktails at my neighbour's yesterday evening: Tom Collins with nibbles; organic tortilla chips, rosemary rice crackers, almonds and green olives. The first cocktail was made with Irish Wild Burrow gin and the second one with pink gin.

I had a chickpea/white cabbage slaw with Dijon vinaigrette/chia seeds and yeast flakes for dinner plus a juicy mandarin.

Where do you guys get pickling spices?
I got mine at the Stop and Shop grocery store.

No idea on dinner tonight. I am at my sister’s, and I have a concert later today. I may grab something on the go.

flakes served with a drizzle of evo and a sprinkle of yeast flakes.

A mandarin plus a hazelnut & apple biscuit.

I had a big lunch out: a tofu scramble wrap with vegan cheese, vegan sausage, spinach and onions, plus a vegan blueberry pancake. So for dinner I had celery and hummus and some dates with peanut butter.
