Pickled pasta salad. Chickpea pasta, giardiniera, olives, peperoni, pickles, mayo, mustard, garlic, Italian season, dill spice, red pepper, other spices and a bit of vinegar. It is good.
Sol Cuisine burgers last - only one bun each so I made them double with a few shreds of cheez on each, BBQ sauce, jalapeno, pickle, onion, mustard, ketchup and some potato chips on the side.
hummus / sriracha - celery sticks, zucchini sticks, green onions, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, chips - dessert was 3 almonds, a brazil nut, some dk chocolate chips and some pumpkin seeds
last night I made two pizzas - one was the regular bread slab pizza (although it was smaller than usual) and on it I put green onions, mushrooms, olives, pineapple, sausage and some cheez shreds and then I took a w/w pita and put on some sauce and then made a "pizza cheese" that I saw Derek Sarno make the other day where he took Oat Greek Yogurt (plain) and mixed in cheez shreds and plopped them on top of the pizza he made (which had other amazing ingredients including thinly sliced tofu instead of sausage) - I wanted to see what it tasted like without ruining (potentially) the good pizza - turns out it was pretty tasty, a touch sweet and with other salty ingredients it would likely be the bomb
we had some roma tomatoes that needed to used so my honey added them to our usual aglio y olio with lots of garlic, mushrooms and olives and it was very tasty with 1/4 of a whole grain/seedy baguette cut into thin pieces
