Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

faux smoked salmon was half off (made from carrots) so I bought some of that and some raw kimchi sriracha and a baguette - cut into small slices, put the kimchi sriracha on the bread, then the salmon and then the capers - it was good and I won't buy the faux salmon again as I would rather eat my carrots the regular way

I've been doing a lot of grilling lately. Tonight I'm grilling mushrooms with veggie skewers, marinaded in a smokey chipotle sauce made with nooch. It's called Yeshi nutritional yeast dressings, which of course are 100% plant-based. I'm sure I could probably make something similar from scratch, but the convenience was appealing today. Besides convenience, the stuff is delicious.
