  1. Vegan newbie
One is a food truck called FYE Vegan LLC and they have weekly specials on their menu. I had a cruchwrap supreme with JACKFRUIT recently and it was amazing. they also offer a vegan burger that they make themselves and they offer imossibole burger but their burgers s re WAAAAY better. They also have vegan loaded fries, which comes with vegan cheese sauce! they are my fave place to order from these days. Another place we have Is City & Silo Pantry. They have these amazing quinoa bowls with TEMPEH which is almost nonexistient here.
Because my living situation makes it difficult to cook from scratch like I used to, (this will be changing soon), I make easy meals for now. And my local Kroger recently adding vegan Alfredo and pesto AND half and half (made with cashew and coconut milk) as well as vegan yogurt. It's been really nice and I Low key think they started doing it bc of me. Bc I talked to the store manager about more plant based options and the next week I saw the pesto and Alfredo. Last week, I got vegan sour cream (which I had) and I hate regular sour cream but I LOVE vegan sour cream lol.

anyway just wanted to share something positive that I can't share with anyone else bc they don't get why this is so important to me.

Mine is a vegan salad bowl from Marks and Spencer food Hall or falafel balls cold from Asds supermarket or a heated vegan sausage roll from Sainsbury's supermarket. Or Greggs bakers. Greggs ones are often cold
