Watched the third season of "Sneaky Pete", IMO not as good as the prior two. It seems to be hard to keep up the standards of a successful series.

This. I tried to watch Seinfeld once, and the characters actually annoyed me, especially Elaine. I wanted to punch her! Such whiners.
I saw a few Big Bang Theory episodes, but it never grabbed me.

Right now watching the "Chernobyl" mini series on TV with my wife, and I have to say that it is exquisite.
Definitely a must watch for anybody who is not very familiar with nuclear power generation.
With "Not very familiar" I mean that when the Fukushima desaster occurred, I discussed it with my family and found out that both my mother and my aunt were very knowledgeable on many aspects of nuclear power plants (e.g. the interesting fact that you can not just safely "turn off" a nuclear power plant )that I had only learned from closely following the reporting, simply because both of them were following the discussion pro and contra nuclear power in the 1970's.
I also have to add that in my home country, Austria, this was a very big discussion, because Austria is the only country in the world with a 100% certified safe nuclear power plant.

Not really because the people was visionary. But ... rather because the longtime Socialist chancellor at that time, Bruno Kreisky, was so sure of his success, that he promised that if the public decided against turning it on, he would resign from his job.
And that was enough for many people who did not really care about nuclear power, but who cared a lot about him being chancellor for a longer time, voted against it .... My family (though ardent supporters of the Socialist party), were happy nevertheless

I have Chernobyl on the 'to watch' list but am not sure where I'm able to watch it. Looks amazing.
I know I'm veering off-topic, but I could never understand the allure of nuclear power given the potential for disaster with the dangers of both running a plant and disposing of the waste. Does anyone watch Endeavour on PBS? It's a series that features a young Inspector Morse. And this season, Shaun Evans (who plays Morse) is directing some episodes. When I donated to public TV and radio, I used to be able to binge-watch the whole season, but I didn't donate this year (still no full-time work), so now I have to wait a week in between episodes.
I adore this show, and when I get a full-time job, I will buy the entire series on DVD. The cast is really good. In my area, it airs on Sunday at 9 p.m. Eastern time.

We've started watching a Norwegian crime drama series on Amazon called Monster from 2017. The location is up north near the Russian border where some people have disappeared. There are lots of authentic-looking/sounding characters with proper northern dialects, and "real" people full of flaws and sometimes meanness. We've watched two episodes so far, and it's definitely keeping our interest now

NOF4R2 is pretty good. I bought a used copy of the book to read more detailed, holy horse shoes it's over 700 pages, my busy life it's going to take forever.
Watched the mini-series “Good Omens” and liked it a lot.
Am now watching “American Gods”, also written by Neil Gaman.

Somehow I got into Bonus Family, a Swedish Series, which is odd because I hate subtitles, but I loved the first two seasons. I was so excited to see season three was available so I watched it this weekend. Now I’m sad because I have to wait and hope they come out with season four.
Ah, I watched a little bit of the first episode of season 1 recently. Where did you find it with English subtitles?
On Netflix. In settings, there are multiple language options to choose from for the subtitles, possibly specific to the smart tv that I have. I’m not sure how that works. I was hoping for a voiceover option but there wasn’t one.

Recently started to watch “Electric Dreams” on Amazon Prime, a Sci-Fi series inspired by the stories of Phillip K. Dick. Very good and some episodes with very well known actors like Bryan Cranston, Steve Buscemi, Liam Cunningham or Janelle Monae.
