Scripted or reality, doesn't matter. They're both sort of merged together at this point in television history.

Please note that some of these people are made up. I think. :p

1. Betsy Bloomer, America's Groomer: Some lady named Betsy Bloomer grooms cats and dogs. She dyes dogs pink and cats purple. She glues rhinestones on Persians' heads and shaves swirly patterns into poodles. But it's more than just about dogs and cats. The drama really starts between Betsy and her clients, Betsy and her boyfriend, Betsy and her ever-changing employees. Catch it all Thursdays at 8 pm on Animal Planet.

2. Coming soon to PBS: The Nutrition Doctor Explains it All to You!. Dr. Herbert Jorgensen, professor emeritus of nutrition at Wayne State University explains the nutritional value of fruits and vegetables to kids. Watch Dr. Jorgensen yuck it up while dressed as a banana and explaining what potassium is and why it's nutritionally important to a group of wide-eyed 5 year olds. Watch Dr. Jorgensen slip and fall on a banana peel and spend a week in the hospital while graduate student Tamara Bernstein plays her guitar and sings songs about eggplants and passion fruits.

3. "Bennett Thompson" - Bennett Thompson isn't your average Civil War artifact collector. He's got a special gift. He can travel through time, jumping from the 1860s to the present and back again, cleverly making sure that the items he uses while fighting in the 7th New York State Militia are safely hidden and stored so that as an antique collector in the present, he can retrieve and sell them for a pretty penny. And when he's not fightin', he's lovin'. The drama really starts when Bennett has to leave behind his 19th century wife and children and reconnect with his present-day wife and children, all the while attempting to hide his special time traveling gift from all of them. Coming soon to the History channel.

4. "Paris and Nicole, The Makeup Girls" - erstwhile celebrity pals Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie team up again to demonstrate their respective beauty regimens and talk about their favorite makeup products and also stroll around Beverly Hills stopping tourists to explain to them what kinds of beauty products they need. Coming soon to E!

5. "The Paper Chase, Revisited" - Reboot of old TV drama in which journalism students taught by some cranky old professor realize that newspaper is a dead medium and they're better off working for Yahoo! Coming soon to Netflix.

6. "Straight Man" - ABC family comedy in which all the characters are gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender - except for their eccentric uncle who, in the pilot episode, comes out of the closet and announces he's heterosexual. Subsequent episodes feature plotlines in which all the characters have to deal with this life-changing announcement while attempting to run the family costume shop.

7. "Morgan Freeman Talks" - new HBO weekly series in which the preeminent actor Morgan Freeman talks about whatever the hell he wants. It doesn't matter what it's about, it's all fascinating, and he gets to talk for a solid hour without commercial interruptions.

8. "The Karate Baby" - spinoff of "The Karate Kid" which features toddlers at their first karate lesson, followed by nap time while the Japanese karate instructor indulges in a tea ceremony and talks about Buddhism. Coming this summer on NBC, Tuesdays at 8 pm.

9. Monsters! - New action-adventure series on Fox that features an exciting CGI monster every week. Watch as a series of interchangeable teenagers attempt to kill each monster, and get eaten instead.

10. Veggie Views, a New View on Veggies - Indian Summer's new project, a webshow about VeggieViews in which he talks about how veganism can change the world and by the way, he's got this internet message board... (hint hint)

It was sort of a good show.....I enjoyed the odd episode, anyway.

Wiki doesn't seem to mention it, but he has a shop, in the present, where he sells stuff that he has brought back from the past.....I seem to remember. It's been a while but he did have a shop where he sold circa WWII stuff.

I thought that was the general idea of his shop.

Sunday Night luls with this one. 90's British sitcoms. ha.

Id like to see a show where a veg*n character is consistantly and passionately veg*n...but not preachy.
