Lg fridge freezers

Has anyone got an LG fridge freezer? All the freezer drawers seem to have 'meat & fish' printed on them. This is not on. I emailed them asking if I could put vegetables in these drawers and they actually tried to explain how I could adjust the temperature to make them suitable for vegetables! Does anyone else want to contact them?
