Whatcha Eatin?

Lunch. I've jusy had a big mixed salad with lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, shredded carrot, red onions, tamari seeds & dressing,with some kallo lentil cakes topped with avocado. Kind of topped each avocado lentil cake with some of the salad.

My youngest son had a cheese & cucumber sandwich & then wanted some of my avocado topped lentil cakes so we shared. 😁

Now we're sharing some easy peelers and grapes.
 
today is Wednesday hmmm should be a noodley soup day, however, I am not sure that I feel like doing a whole big pot as it made me "nappy" on Monday - maybe a simple banana in a pita with peanut butter and jam...

I'm really into vegan yoghurt lately. I just had a red berries one for breakfast.
Me, too, and I wasn't that fond of the dairy version back in the day, lol. But I am loving it for sauces and mixed with fruit. I also have added it to overnight oats and smoothies.

I'm having a couple of biscuits with my coffee.

nope, didn't happen - caved and had one of the Spicy Kimchi noodle soups with added veggies, soy curls - still good but not so filling

so today, hmmm either cereal or rolled oats...
